You will need to type in ‘law’ and then you can see that the building (see red marker) is an easy walk to Nicholson Museum (walk down Eastern Ave, turn left onto Manning Road and then right into Nicholson Museum).

Delegate List

A delegate list (without emails) will be supplied to all AABHL attendees including exhibitors and sponsors. Please email Conference Design if you do not wish to have your details included on the delegate list.

Dress

Dress throughout AABHL 2013 is neat casual. Dress for each function is indicated in the function description.

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither ISANA or Conference Design Pty Ltd covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.

Messages

A message board will be located near the Registration Desk.

Name Badges

Name badges will be issued when registering at the conference. For security purposes the conference name badge must be worn at all times during the conference and social functions.

Photocopying at the Conference

There are no photocopying facilities at the conference venue, so please ensure your bring a sufficient number of any handouts.

Parking

Limited undercover parking is available at the venue at a cost and a number of commercial car parks are located nearby.

Privacy

Conference Design Pty Ltd will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles

Smoking

The conference and social functions are non-smoking

Baby Sitting

Please contact your chosen hotel to arrange a baby-sitting service.

Special Requirements

Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements please make yourself known to the waiting staff at all functions.

Weather

Visit the Bureau of Meteorology for informaiton about the weather in Sydney during July.
