Northbound - 30 minutes north of Byron Bay

  • Take the Cudgen Road Exit off the Pacific Highway
  • Turn right onto Tweed Coast Road and follow this road for approx 6km
  • Turn left into Daniella Drive
  • Turn left at the roundabout into Casuarina Way
  • Follow this road for approx 2km until you reach Salt Village
  • Turn right at the roundabout & then you should see Peppers & Bale to the left & Mantra to the right

- 15 minutes south of Gold Coast Airport

  • Take the second Kingscliff (Cudgen) Exit off the Pacific Highway
  • Veering left, follow the blue 'Mantra/Peppers' signs.
  • Follow this road for approx 4kms
  • After driving through a set of traffic lights, continue straight for another 2km
  • Turning left into Daniella Drive
  • Turn left at the roundabout into Casuarina Way.
  • Follow this road for approx 2km until you reach Salt Village
  • Turn right at the roundabout & then you should see Peppers & Bale to the left & Mantra to the right

Airport Transfers

Tweed Coast & Country Limousines and Transfers

Tweed Coast & Country Limousines and Transfers are offering a corporate rate to SARRAH delegates for transfers between the Gold Coast Airport and Mantra on Salt Beach. All transport must be booked 10 days prior to arrival. Passengers will be greeted in the Main Terminal where the co-ordinator will be displaying a sign with the conference name or passenger name.

Visas and Invitation Letters

Invitation letters are not required by the Department of Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA) for visa applications. As such, we do not issue personalised invitation letters for the conference. Visit the DIMIA website for visa information: www.immi.gov.au.

Due to strict visa requirements for the countries listed below, registrations and presentations will not be confirmed until the applicant has obtained a visa.

Delegate List

A delegate list (without emails) will be supplied to all SARRAH attendees including exhibitors and sponsors. Please email Conference Design if you do not wish to have your details included on the delegate list.


Whilst we have endeavoured to ensure all information is accurate, all details provided are subject to change without notice


Dress throughout SARRAH 2014 is neat casual. Dress for each function is indicated in the function description.


The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither ISANA or Conference Design Pty Ltd covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.


A message board will be located near the Registration Desk.

Name Badges

Name badges will be issued when registering at the conference. For security purposes the conference name badge must be worn at all times during the conference and social functions.

Photocopying at the Conference

There are no photocopying facilities at the conference venue, so please ensure your bring a sufficient number of any handouts.


Limited undercover parking is available at the venue at a cost and a number of commercial car parks are located nearby.


Conference Design Pty Ltd will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles


The conference and social functions are non-smoking

Baby Sitting

Please contact your chosen hotel to arrange a baby-sitting service.

Special Requirements

Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements please make yourself known to the waiting staff at all functions.
